Technical support is provided by trained support representatives. It is available for Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500, and Sage Abra HRMS. Desktop sharing technology from WebEx is used to allow support representatives to see and, optionally, control the computer remotely.

Training is available for Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500, and Sage Abra HRMS software. Classes are led by trained and certified instructors.

Regularly scheduled classes for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 software are available. Please see the training schedule here. (These sessions are held at the SGS traning center.) Alternatively, off-schedule classes for the Sage Software products we sell can be arranged with our client care manager.

Classes can be held at our location or yours. We have a training center at our facility, or our instructors can visit your location.

SGS has programmers on staff to customize your Sage Software product to your needs. SGS is a Sage Software Master Developer in Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200, and our developers are trained in the Application Framework for Sage MAS 500.

We can provide a variety of customizations to your Sage Software product. These can range from minor screen modifications using the product's built-in customization tools (when available) to large functionality changes in the product's source code. We also have experience designing web applications to integrate with and complement Sage Software products.
